Clickwork7 was a greenfield project and run as an internal start-up owned by Submission Technology. Wanting to launch as a global lead generation and affiliate network. The clients would be advertisers who are looking to acquire leads, sales or mobile application installs and publishers or the affiliates who would be rewarded for their referral activity.
This work was completed whilst working as Senior Graphic & Digital Designer at Submission Technology.
I was the sole designer working on the project and my brief was to design and create everything the company was going to need to enter the market.
Competitor analysis and online research were required to understand the market. As a newly formed start-up, it did not have a visual identity, so I also worked closely with the product manager to design and deliver a corporate logotype for the platform, as a well as brand identity that could be used online as well as offline on corporate communications.
From early discussions about requirements with the product manager, I initially created a site map and moved onto laying out page templates, agreeing content hierarchy and functionality with the product manger. This led onto producing low fidelity wireframes of the site using Balsamiq, this helped with talking over the early design. I began to work on the user interface of the site, assimilating all the elements of the new brand identity into the design, such as colour, typography and graphic elements. Moving then onto high fidelity using Photoshop and Illustrator. I put together an interactive prototype in Dreamweaver that I could share with the business stakeholders and development team.
